向cmu哭哭穷，有其他学校给你奖了，商量一下，看看管不管用。试试没坏处。

CMU ranks higher than Maryland in most of the rankings, but is the difference in ranking and post-mba salary big enough to offset the scholarship and location?

I am not an expert of either school. But if I am in a situation like this, I may go with a slightly lower ranked school with a big scholarship. Money does not matter too much, but the award will distinguish you from the crowd.

I agree with what you say. I am leaning toward Maryland right now but I probably will do more research on the career placement of both schools. I need to find myself bigger incentive to give up Maryland and go with Carnegie!
