选c  我看到答案说a b 选项 resource 包含water , 两者存在包含关系，不能并列。 没有弄懂这句话的意思

问题对很多人来说很简单，可是小妹今天是第二天看语法，希望大家可以帮帮忙

1.   AND 只能并列在概念上想对等的东西 所以WATER 自然不能和RESOURCE并列  C选项把WATER 和 OTHER RESOURCE 并列 就对了
2.  一般来说 LESS 加不可数 FEWER加可数 但是LESS其实也可以加可数 和OF连用是 多用LESS 少用FEWER
比较的是烧GAS的VEHICLES  和     烧GASOLINE和DIESEL的VEHICLES  THAN 后面省略了 VEHICLES
这是道变态题啊  LESS OF +可数名词
