Alumni networking is extremely important for you to get a job these days. So if MIT can't offer this, don't go.
Columbia seems to just start getting serious in its FE program.
Good professors in FE at Cornell all left...

Anyway, depend on your own profile. if you are a mainland china student, staying in US is difficult no matter where you go and these schools are identical for finding a job in Asia/ Ex Japan.

去年大陆一共去了几个呢？
没找到工作的是有工作经验的还是没有工作经验的？

“Alumni networking is extremely important for you to get a job these days.”完全正确！ “So if MIT can't offer this, don't go.”完全不正确！什么是Alumni networking ？不可能仅限于同一个program 的。MIT在IB的Alumni networking 足够你用。
 去年大陆7-8个。 多数是大陆外的学位，仅仅1-2个有工作经验。

我首先来膜拜。。
然后我觉得吧。。如果你喜欢数理+电脑一点的，就去哥大，如果不是，就去mit吧。。
