well, i am currently studying at insead. both are excellent b-schools. either one will help you a lot. and it really depends on what you really want? insead is strong in industry and consulting within 1 yr... booth is finance school within 2 yrs.

the social environments of b schools will generally b the same. i personally feel americans are easier to get along with. don't let it be a factor in your decision making process by all means. at chicago, u won't have much fun at all, unless you don't care about learning and party all the time.

昨晚刚去了insead的info session, 对这学校有了很多了解。你可以选择在欧洲，亚洲，北美这三大洲学习。（insead去wharton作交换生想去就可以去，wharton去insead就要交个申请。）

insead更快一点，我觉得 ROI 高一点。
但是在国内，似乎芝加哥在industry的名气更大一点，略占优势。

但是有一点要注意，在insead里，轻松一点的日子你需要每天工作16-18小时，忙得日子需要每天工作20小时，所以你要准备好只有2am-6am的睡眠时间。因为insead在一年的时间里会读完一般两年的课程。（我个人未必愿意过这种生活。）

Booth有一半去了finance相关行业，1/4去了咨询，另外1/4去了others，以企业为主，我不觉得比insead差!

何况：
在美国，Booth在industry的名气绝对大过insead，比如Dow的GM program明确说只从Booth and hbs招人
在中国，Chicago的名头在业界(除咨询不好说)大过insead(虽然insead绝对是牛校)

我觉得除非考虑ROI和钱的因素，否则无论怎么看选Booth没商量

芝加哥的非金融方面的课程也很好啊。如前面所说，如果想要读几天书，学点东西的，还是芝加哥。应该说，芝加哥更加全面吧。

Insead也是顶级学校，法国呆一段也不错。最好是抱着渡假的心态。。。

请问牛人们,现在面临这两个offer,我最终还是想回国内的工业界发展,不知道这两所该如何取舍.我本人不在国内工作,所以对国内的形势不是很清楚.还希望听听大虾们的意见.多谢多谢了!

要回国直接进Industry的话，工资期望不能太高，即便是那些大外企的MBA Rotation Program。在Top Consulting Firm 第一年Associate的工资就抵得上Industry里很多大公司的一个Sr Manager了吧。其实回国发展(不算Finance Sector)的最佳路线还是Consulting (一两年后，积累一定国内市场的知识和相关行业的人脉) ->Industry，除非你有信心能在合适的时间（毕业前），称心的公司找到一个符合你期望的位置。
INSEAD肯定在欧洲公司名气大，Booth肯定在美国公司名气大。一个时间短，一个时间长。一个是欧洲生活，一个是北美生活。关于学东西学到多少的讨论，看个人背景了。LZ既然以前在Top Consulting做过，那很多商业知识应该都很Solid了。我的观点是无论你念了多少Case，做了多少Group Work，一年或是两年，如果没有实践的话也是用处不大的。MBA学习无非就是给你一些框架，一些思路，一些和其他优秀的人互动的机会，以及一些Top Firm的面试吧。
