同意你的说法，BY里写得很清楚，just as。。。。。。。。。,so+句子，just as。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。so too+句子倒装。

so不倒装。

时态貌似关系不太大，前面本来也是have，后面用are或者have实际上意思上差别不会太大。C是correctness 错误。
