Wendy shared her experience with us during online chat session today, I feel very helpful. and i have one follow up question, do you have to show career progression to be admitted, for instance, a manager or at least a team lead before I apply? I believe ths would be helpful to show leadership, but is this a must? i can show leadership during ECA and even as a team member, i will also lead a certain project and tasks. Thanks

recommendation questions 哥大有9个问题那么多，需要条条答到吗？对于申请package提高命中率有无tips可以分享一下？谢谢哈。

我想问一下，像Mck需要通过一个problem solving test 才能进行面试，这个只是asia offices,还是全部呢？

banking 方面也需要类似的笔试才可以进行接下来的面试吗？（for intern& full time)

就像wharton比较喜欢工作经验丰富的，stanford喜欢招富有创新能力的，HBS则prefer未来的bill gates, steve jobs...
