Its pretty intersting to have argument like that, but so late 2 c it. its no sense arguing which university is better because it depends on how hard you are not the unversity itself. Besides, to be honest, graduates from cam& oxford r normally more competitive in industry. i am undergraduate from HKU and was studying in Tsinghua for one first year & UC Berkeley for one sem. Though with a high gpa, its also pretty hard to get into interviews of BBs. but i know most guys from this real estate finance program at least have chance to get into interviews. My friend graduating from Wharton still hasn't found a job in hk let alone any jobs in US. I also know many guys with GRE 1200, Tofel 90+ from 2nd tier mainland universities with a gpa 3.6-3.7 get into Stanford U and UC Berkeley. I dare say that today any universites in US and UK want to make money from our Chinese but PHD program is very fierce in any U. See how many guys from 2nd tier or 3rd tier mainland U get into so-called top Us in US and UK every year. I bet those blame UK universities or say how hard to get into US universities must be from 3rd tier or even not 985 universities in China. Hiahia... |
