这道题答案选的是E，但我感觉选E的话时态不就有问题了吗？OG后面的解释也说了，应该是“Once x had happened, then y happened”,既然这样那E选项中有had，为什么还对呢？请教NN

这里的had是have的过去式  have no doubt that
