选C。为什么呢？？  我选的是D，不是有the price of的说法

这里不能用 what 是因为已经说了 three times the price，后面的都是 price 的定语，所以要用 that 来带出。要用 what 的话，就要这样说： . . . sold for three times more than what the drug's maker charges .
