请教alan722, 对于工作经验问的很细是问些什么呢？
以前工作interview碰到过虽然是自己做的事，没怎么准备，还真的就说不清了

所以想有个底

刚面完，觉得自己没说出什么有价值的就半个小时过去了，问题拿出来和大家分享一下吧
1) Working experience and short/long term career path
2) When hiring people, what's the most important for candidate?
3) How to see the service market in China, compared with India?
4) Cooperation and team organization structure
5) What's the most frequent word to assess you from others?
6) When being challenged by your boss, how to handle it?
7) My question: a. how to compete with international top BS students for CEIBS graduators in China market b. What's the most difficult curriculum in MBA program (Perr said no most diff couse but most diff time in term 1)

顶着38度高烧面试完，，，，，感觉问题不难，着重问到了自己的弱项和强项，主要还是和工作有关的多吧，希望面试的朋友不要紧张，放松沟通比较好！

对于口语不好的朋友，建议之前准备些东西，多读读熟！

年前面试了一批，不知道是多少人

今天注意到指示牌上写的面试时间是 2.22 - 2.26 & 3.2 - 3.6 （可能有错，后面去的同学留意下）
节后面试一共是10天
然后今天下午一共面试8人（包括电话面试的，但是不知道是不是包括深圳北京的，估计每天16人).
这么算这一轮肯定大于200人

有谁知道中欧这一轮的面试到什么时候结束？一共面了多少人啊？据我估计应该是面了120到150人。
