那在OG的解释当中怎么没有说这里是错的，而且明显在5个选项中，有3个选项都是city's ,就应该是有区别的,可区别在哪里?

我觉得d和e的区别在so   that 上面，are so。。。。。that。。。。有这样的固定结构。

e是so...  that
