关于 Little of 的用法

想知道little of 后面是否能够加可数名词复数 像less of 一样 如下题

E中原来很多人讨论说 little of后面不能加differences  不过little of 是不是整体强调differences 所以there is 错了呢 应该用are？
想知道little of 后面是否能加可数名词复数。

little of 后面可以接复数名词，不过这个不是这个题的考点，都不太重要的。可以GOOGLE一下。
little of 相当于much of 用法，there is much of something，这里只能用is而不是are,强调的都是后面的differences.

那这里的错误就只有significant用法错误了？而不是笔记上说的little应该改成few了？用little of修饰时前面一定要用is？

笔记上哪里有little应该改成few的说法？笔记里有些东西是争议的，这一点你可以去在论坛里找找相关的题的讨论帖看看。
little of 前面一定用is这个说法太绝对了，但从GOOGLE搜索中看确实前面跟单数为多。
