第一题……lz试着把同位语从句还原下变成 which are rules ……  而且你说的C选项中put through triage这个介词短语距离它要修饰的词patient太远了 这样就会容易产生歧义的

嗯， 同意。


另外，如果用intending的话，逻辑主语变成了rules, 就不对了，rules本身不会intend***吧。
