具体地点用where，虚拟的地方（情况等）用in which
这地方很明显是具体地点啊，虽然是神的地方的说。。。。但是说天空当地板了啥的
所以肯定是具体地点啊，所以应该用where啊

求解释。。。

正如你所言，与in which相比where更加specific
在这个例子中，who dwelt in an upper realm where the sky was the floor 可以理解为ee居住在一个以天空为地板的realm里边，意思是realm里面的某个地方是以天空为地板。
而原文本意应是强调realm的characteristic是the sky was the floor，所以应该用who dwelt in an upper realm in which the sky was the floor, 强调realm的特点。
其次，b中having the power用的不好。

另外，这里说的是where修饰具体地方不可以修饰虚拟地方，没有说In which只能修饰虚拟地方。

这道题的having不能修饰floor，这是一个常见的误区。希望后面的读者不要被误导。
B选项中的having the power to give修饰的正是前句的主语who,也就是EE神，从修辞手法上来讲是没有任何问题的，但问题在于having the power to give与前句的who dwell in an upper realm并没有解释或者导致等逻辑关系，正确的关系应该是并列，这道题真正要考察的点是dwell in upper realm和 have the power to give之间的逻辑关系，或者说what is the real intended meaning.
给一道正确的范例：
The moth is critical food resource for grizzle bears, which over turn rocks to find the insects, consuming as many as 40,000 per bear a single day. 原句有删减
这句话中，如果有一个选项为The moth is critical food resource for grizzle bears, which over turn rocks to find the insects, and which consume as many as 40,000 per bear a single day. 修饰的成分没有错，但后面turn rocks to find the insects和consume 40,000之间的逻辑关系为并列确实不妥。
