我也收到了同样的信，和Ryang一样，我也发信问了，收到的回信如下：

Thank you for your email. In order to be considered for a telephone interview or interview outside of the United States, you must first apply and be invited to interview. Once your application is complete with all required materials, our Admissions Committee will review and consider you for an interview. Note that it can take up to 10 weeks for a decision and/or an interview invitation to be issued. Thank you for your patience in this process.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a little unsure what should I do. In the OPUS system, there is a to do list for me to schedule an interview. However, I am living outside US and have no opportunity to go to US recently. I am living in Shanghai China and the only chance for me is in Jan 20 which is a "By Invitation" interview. Does that mean I still need to wait? Is there any other way for me to schedule an Skype interview?
