这题我错选了B，请问B是不是错在having?C中的after后面接句子也对吗？
PS：有没有那个帖子有专门讲到状语修饰主语哒？如题中的having..我开始搞不清了。。

看到neither…nor…考虑平行，排除A,B,E。

A,B里面的having不是修饰Andres Segovia的，而是做伴随修饰了was often played，或者也可以说是修饰了classical guitar.

另外个人觉得A,B选项里面的until it was revived可以省略为until revived.
不管从结构还是句意，都是C比较清晰。

after可以做连词

Be动词既可以做系动词也可以做助动词，E选项的解析（nor后面的was需要省略）中可以看出，be动词即便在前面做系动词，在后面做助动词，依然是可以公用一个，而不用顾虑是否功能不同不可共享的。
