I didn't receive the ding letter, nor the interview invitation.

I submitted 1st,Dec.  not any feedback from the school, even after I wrote the mails.  I'm wondering whether I need to call the AO directly..

I don't think you should do that.
Because they can not give you any answer through the phone, all they can do is to ask you wait.

Be positive; since you haven't heard any bad news.
