我还真找到了target to do的句子。在牛津字典第六版，1807页。

例句：The new sports complex is on target to open in june.

不过要说明的是，这种用法，target是做名词。

如果做动词，不没有to do 这种用法，可以at，不过字典上还有接on的例句，还请大家自己亲自查阅字典。本题的targer是做动词。

OG195 seemingly unlimited number of antibodies 由句意即可知seeming不可能是修饰number, seeming number?表面上的数据？seemingly unlimited表面上看似无限制的数据似乎比较通顺

OG108中的recent extended sales slump 就像你说的，句意上可理解recent是修饰slump,是说最近的销售量下滑,如果写成recently extended sales slump会变成what was recent was only the extension of the slump, not the slump itself

OG195中如果是seeming，那它一定是修饰number of antibodies,因为OG中明确地说了形容词只能修饰名词。

这样OG108就好理解了，如果是recent，那肯定 毫无疑问地修饰sales slump，如果是recently，那肯定是修饰extended。
