It is quite hesitate to say out my situation  !_!

GMAT 650  , I am quite busy at work that I can only prepare two weeks in the evening after work.  
GPA 3.5
Got a master degree in states already
6 years of working in international companies.
USCPA & CFA  , really hope this helps.

I am now planning to apply for the MBA program . I am quite flexible in studying in states or Europe.
Can anyone of you recommend top 30 MBA for me , can i have any chance to get in? as i am so worry about my Low GMAT score, however, currently , I am really not in the mood and have time to take it again.   so nervous and kind panic now.

你算int'l还是domestic pool里的？如果在domestic里，进top30希望还是很大的。

I think the USCPA and CFA can cover your GMAT score. You might want to consider some schools who welcome candidates with strong accounting and finance backgroud. For example, LBS, Wharton, NYU, Michigan, UCLA, USC, Texas-Austin and Rochester.
