1万美金奖学金是什么意思，你被录取了就一定会给？

我也收到过email，不过是说“I would like to invite you to apply for the “International Student Scholarship”, valued up to USD 15,000 toward your Hult Master of International Business studies beginning in September 2010 ”

今天收到圣母寄过来的一个包裹，里面说我被identified as a Priority Candidate. Candidates who have fit your profile in the past have been admitted and frequently awarded a fellowship to our program. While I cannot guarantee outcomes, I see your potential and would encourage you to apply.......

ND本科很好，top 20的，MBA一般般。校友网貌似很强。
