Of course Kellogg.  This is no-brainer.  
Why?
Kellogg is M7 but Johnson is not.
More important, look at the location.  One is Chicago, one is Ithaca.  Do you know where Ithaca is?  That's just a tinny corner in the freezing upstate New York.

Kellogg is very famous for its marketing stuff, and Cornell has gained high reputation not only in business territory.

My concern is, since the majority of my post-MBA activities will still focus on IT industry, which one can bring me the maxium potential benefits and lead me to the sucessful senior IT management career.

I actually did some study. But unfortunately, both alumnis urge me to join their parties, stating their school is (some kind of ) the best B-school in the world.  Faint~~~~

BTW, I did heard somebody mentioned Cornell is a little bit stronger in IT industry than Kellogg. But that is not my personal opinion.

Cornell's engineering is extremely good (like top 5 to 7), but it has nothing to do with its business school. Two different worlds. For me (an engineer in US), if someone is a Cornell engineering grad, I would "Su Ran Qi Jing". But if he is from Cornell business school, well, not that impressed.  

Kellog, no brainer.

Cornell的工科东岸不错的。但是跟商学院无关。他们的 本科和PHD都比较容易找到投行。貌似MBA少点。
