个人理解，D的解释在于Q现在呈现给我们的样子就像以前呈现的一样（大致意思），没有体现出和前半句的逻辑关系。
整句的理解是，Q离我们实在太远，所以我们看见他们就像他们没有变化一样。

应该就是"我们看他们就像他们在宇宙初初形成时候的样子"也就是他们现在跟宇宙刚形成时候他们的样子没区别~
