99. You have been told that dormitory rooms at your university must be shared by two students. Would you rather have the university assign a student to share a room with you, or would you rather choose your own roommate? Use specific reasons and details to explain your answer.

I would like to choose my own roommates to share a dormitory with me instead of getting an unknown roommates assigned for me. Contrary to many opinions that one must always be prepared to follow the assignments and know new friends is my heartfelt notion that roommates must be chosen by me. In my point of view, I am the people who know me best and I am the one who understand what I want and thus, I must choose my roommates all by myself.

First of all, I fundamentally know that I am not an outgoing person and it will take almost half a year for me to accustom a stranger. Never would I do that time consuming and unnecessary case. It was when I was in my high school that I almost spent all my energy and time on adjusting myself to my new roommates and , therefore, I gained my lowest score in my life as a student. Only with my own participation which will follow several disciplines and somewhat basic principles could I master all the details of my roommates and be ready for the sharing in almost four years study and work.

In addition, easygoing and friendly though I am, there are some customs and habits that I cannot bear, and hence, I should choose my roommates and make sure that we can always get well going with each other. To support examples one need look no further than that some people are not as clean and neat as they looks like, that some people are always have noisy friends and bros to dance or enjoy heavy metal music in dormitory which will drive me crazy and that some people always abandon themselves to alcohol or drug. As long as I choose my own roommates, it will be sure that the ones who hold these habits will be out at first glance.

However, there can be several advantages that accepting a roommate from assignment enjoys. They can just enjoy the convenience that assignments bring about and do not need to bother with considering with this issue. Significant though the advantages that following the assignments from officers leads in are, they cannot compete the advantages that choosing own roommates results in, when several factors taken into deliberation.

In conclusion, one should choose their own roommates and enjoy their friendly and harmonious atmosphere so that they can devout themselves into career for the reason that roommates are not only critical the one who share the room with you but also the person who will be your friends that can help you out on many occasions.
