UC Irvine Interview 11/9/2009

Just finished the interview with Christine Hoyt, in Regent Hotel, Shanghai. Around 45 minutes.Just typical questions:

Why MBA, Why now, Why UC Irvine,

your leadership story.

how to melt into a new team?

When you interview for a job after graduate from UC Irvine, then how will you market yourself?

What is your cretiria when you choose business school?

What internship will you apply in the summer holiday?

Do you have some targeted company you want to join after you graduate from UC Irvine?

She said the decision email will be sent around December 15.

感觉UC Irvine非常重视对他们学校的了解和你和他们学校之间的匹配度，我中间谈到的对innovation和hi-technology的兴趣，对location的重视，和collaborative culture的理解，感觉她满在意的。

总体感觉自己发挥不太好，因为第一次面试，有些紧张语速有些太快，之前充分准备的东西感觉没太发挥出来，只能耐心等待结果了。还是蛮喜欢这个学校的。不过Christine确实很nice。面完心里还有些失落，sigh,太多东西没发挥出来了的感觉。给接下来要面试的同学们做点贡献吧。
