Global Executive Program and Distance Program:

Requiring a minimum of 6 years experience, with the average experience of those on the programs being 15 years with an average age of 40 - no GMAT is required for these courses.

Henley

Executive Program:

requiring minimum of 5 years experience, out of which 3 years must involve management. No GMAT required, but good English is essential. This program is ranked number 1 in the UK for career progression.

Average years work experience is 10 years, but they will take good people with as little as 2 years
