C 在以主谓语是过去式的从句中 即That 后面的部分 如果从句的时态是现在是的话 这就表明 that后面说的是一个事实或被认为是事实的事情 这两种状态是可以合用的

不完全对，on condition that 后面可以接一般过去时，一般现在时，用法跟if从句的类似。
接虚拟语气是xdf的白勇说的，但是我没有查到正式语法说可以接虚拟语气。
bc的失态都不对，前面是一般过去时。
