做题的时候一直在A,B间徘徊，但是都觉得二者看起来怪怪的。我不明白究竟比较题需要讲究对称吗？请牛人赐教！

楼主首先要明白是谁在与wheat比较 就得出答案了 --》rice

楼上说的对，找准句子主语是解决这道题的一个号方法，若是补全主语，前半部分应该是：.In addition to rice has more protein than wheat does， rice….. with more of the amino acids essential to the human diet
另外，个人觉得， 我们通常把quality当名词用说quality is high。或sth have/has quality, 很少把quality当形容词，这里的A用法有点奇怪。
