我想问这两者的差别是什么？为什么我选的这个不对？

貌似significant有歧义，可以理解成“重要的不同”或“重大的不同”，significantly different意思很明确。在哪儿看过的解释，记不大清了，多多指教……

little of 后边好像没有可数不可数的要求，这道题是significant的意思问题，以前的帖子是这么说的
