Medaille College is a very nice College in America. If you are looking for a small private school, it is fit perfectly for you! I have some friends studied at Medaille. They were very satisfied about the campus and their experiences there. If you are looking for a big well known school, it may not be your best chioces. However, for undergraduate level, you can benefit a lot from the small campus.

There ain't huge Chinese Internationl students on campus, which means you gotta practise your English all the time.

Buffalo, the good neighborhood, worth its name. People in this area are really nice and friendly. You will definitely experience the real American life there.
I mean, think about it, This is depend on what you are pursue.
If you still wanna further your study, you can benefit a lot from being a transfer student at America. You gotta the chance to visit all the master programs whenever you want!
Personally, I think it would be a great opportunity.Good Luck
