分号后的句子可以缺主语吗？

对答案没什么疑问。只是a brilliant 以及 and a red eye前各有一个分号。我明白它们是并列的宾语，但是分号难道不是必须跟一个完整句子吗？

但是如果for是连词，那么分号后面只跟一个从句好像也不对啊？
