我想even if和although没有优先用哪个的规律吧，视具体情况而定

首先B不对，even if后面后面应该跟一个完整的句子吧，排除A

find sth. adj. D最合理

我觉得首先A even if后面没有句子  而且不是be able to

          B 的话……我是觉得通常有being都是错得……

          C would have found错吧

          E 后面罗嗦了~！
