一个字，背 。。。

感觉像面试签证，说得让自己都相信出去以后一定会回来，然后让签证官也相信。

现在说career goal也是这个感觉，说得让自己真的相信这是自己的longterm goal了，虽然知道毕业以后还不定怎么样，不过至少面试的时候要说的非这个不干的感觉吧。。。。

LBS的面试超级恶心的,要面1到1个半钟头. 天啊?!! LBS的人精力怎么这么旺盛!

Just completed the LBS interview that lasted about 2 hours. Nothing particular, but lots of emphasis on the leading and conflict in the team type questions. Nothing really need to be worried about the presentation, as long as you answer is logically constructed, you will be fine. The actual contents, from my opinion, doesn’t matter that much. Not quit sure what interviewer thinks, let wait and hopefully the good news. Good luck to everyone else.

我觉得这个需要解释一下。面试的时间长是因为学校向更多的了解申请者，更多的让申请者了解学校，更少的降低对申请者判断错误的机会。这么长时间的面试对面试官来说也是一个很大的负担，这也更加证明了学校对于申请者的重视。当然面试不是越长越好，但是一个半小时的面试我觉得对于两年的时间和数十万RMB的commitment来说应该不算长。将来读MBA找工作的时候，不会有哪个面试过程比这个简单。

Also remember to prepare some examples on important competences like leadership and teamwork.  Also prepare what you could bring / contribute to the school community.

刚刚在上海面试回来
因为发烧了，所以面的不太理想，我都不知道自己在讲什么 orz
面试的JJ很nice，可惜了
都是standard questions，大家好好准备一下，应该不会有太大问题的
