1986年之前题目已经用了过去完成时态，这个时代就是相对于1986年来说的，所以86年的这个动作是did而不是had done.

so……as 一般不要用在肯定句中，一般用在否定句中，not so……as……

肯定句中要用as……as，这个算是GMAT的习惯了

我认为还是HAD DONE  和DID的关系。 应该用DID的形式。
