既然说than连接的比较两边应该对称,那么B选项应该是than do livestock fed on grain...,do 对应前半部分的wild animals have啊?

说明他们认为在意思没有什么ambiguity的时候，do是可以省略的，你总不可能把它误解成野猪身上的脂肪比野猪身上的家猪少吧。对称是比较的双方对称，例如，i eat more mean than rachel. 不一定要加do的。如果是i eat more chicken than eagle does. 就不应该省，因为人也可以吃老鹰肉。

fed是feed的被动状态修饰livestock
