A、B错误明显,但C D是否是因为错在误用了过去完成时?还有别的错误么?请NN逐个分析下吧~

看到全划线的我也晕,没办法 只能硬着头皮看,尽量找自己已经掌握了的错误点,还有就是首先定位跟原句表达比较接近的选项(比如原题开头用的是一大堆错误的问题,那么选项中"A new study"类的这种转述说法的,变换了主语 把一个生动活泼的句子变成了一个一般般没有特殊生气的选项 我一般都先排除放放 先看跟原句子表达比较近似的——纯粹个人总结。

关于选项问题:试作解释,不当请指正:

C的错误:Citing....开头肯定后面叫主语,可是citing句子逗号后面跟的却是"4 million to 6 millon...." ."4 million to 6 million" citing逻辑含义不对。

D的错误:

(1)最大的错误:把原句子里"of the 2000 United States presidential election" 变成了"in the 2000 United States presidential election" (cast had not been counted in the 2000.....),改变了句意。原句子意思是说"2000年大选的一个研究如何如何",D选项改变后的意思是说“在2000年的大选中,选票没有被统计”,言外之意是在其他年代的(比如2009年)的大选中选票被统计了!这篡改了原句子意思。错误。

(2)D的另外一个错误:"votes that were cast"中的"that were"多余,可以去掉。直接用过去分词cast修饰votes.

我说的应该没错吧
