第一题应该是两个介词短语平行，作状语修饰emerge
第二题句子主语是hibernating bears， 如果用wasting away when going做状语会造成句意错误，wasting away 实际是humanbeings的动作。此句如果要用分词短语的话应该用独立分词结构，比如humanbeings wasting away when going，显然不如用who作定语从句修饰humanbeings简洁合理。
第三题楼主确定是个完整句子么，句子貌似只有主语哦～
