Short work experience in US.

Will have 4 year WE(8 months intern) before 2010.8

Part time running a start-up (company not registered yet)with 4 friends.

Target: top 20

We must end the enrollment now because I think we have here twice as many people as I requested. 

I make some adjustment accordingly.  In reality, I still think a smaller group, no more than 6 is the most beneficial.  
Nonetheless, for the ones joined later.  I will help you form another group as well.
