Study shows that employees of not-for-profit organizations, compared to those of for-profit organizations, are more likely to perform well when their performance is not monitored and evaluated. Interviews with employees of not-for-profit organizations also show that they have more motivation. They believe that their work is important to improve the society. They have personal reasons to perform well, even without financial returns. Therefore, our corporation should donate a significant portion of the overall profit to humanity, to increase the motivation and productivity of the employees, and thus to increase the profit.

不知道是我理解问题还是怎样……这个公司是说要给人道主义的组织捐钱？以提高自己员工的动机和生产效率？进而提高利润？

这个逻辑……好像也太离谱了吧……给not-for-profit organization捐钱，与自己的员工totally没关系啊。。。不知道我读题读错没有……

not- for- profit organization指的是 非赢利机构

题目说非营利机构的员工比赢利机构的员工在无人监管的情况下更可能表现得好。对非营利机构员工的访谈显示，他们工作更有动力。他们相信他们的工作对改善社会状况很重要。他们有自己的原因表现得很好，即使没有任何金钱上的回报。因此，我们的哦公司也应该把自己的大部分利润捐给人道组织，以此来增加员工的动力和生产力，最终使得公司的利润提高。
