这两件事情平行共同作用才构成了句子后面的结果啊

若选C her lobbying for wage and hour reform persistant是个什么成分啊  变成了个可有可无的部分 完全把意思改变了

我不是大牛，语法也很菜，随便发表点意见。我觉得首先这句子句首SO开头，所以倒装；然后GMAT语法句子的意思要忠于原句，A选项有and,说明划线部分与句首是并列的关系，所以C选项把and去掉了，就肯定有问题。E选项倒装，与句首结构平行。至于楼主觉得的so,so...that的句型，我觉得其实可以理解为so...,andso...，that...这句句子应该也能写成，so...that... and so...that...两个so对应的是同一个that,所以就简写为上面奇怪的句型。

不知道能不能解答你的问题。
