 their last scheduled day 和the last day that they are scheduled 。。。。还能再明显点么后面的that从句是修饰the day的

E的话，collect的宾语就变成day了，但是collect的宾语应该是severance package——离职补偿金，所以D是对的。

这里不是workers被collect。。而是package啊。。
