呵呵，我和楼主一样，也是选了C的，总觉得B的固搭不对。

按照楼主的说法，那是不是反而是not just，but的用法不对了？

第一个because of 后面接的不是从句，而是drugs, 后面的是修饰drugs的定语从句； C错在 NOT JUST , BUT 后面的句子结构不对等，而且把ALSO莫名其妙地放在了那个位置。
