Have you taken TOEFL for HBS?

TOEFL is needed from candidates holding a Technical Major Master/Ph.D degree in US.

Yes, for sure of HBS, so does Kellog.

CBS, Wharton accept Master degrees in US as a TOEFL waiver.

MIT even don't need TOEFL for all candidates.

Candidates who received a master's or Ph.D. degree from an
English-speaking university are strongly encouraged to submit the TOEFL
IBT and/or IELTS.

So it's "strongly encouraged"
