correct answer is E.

我选了D。认为in the 1920's表示的过去的一段时间，应该用过去完成时。（记得石林笔记好像提过，大段时间，如decade, last century，都用完成时。）

请问。PREP解释先说in the 1920's要用过去完成时，D又说完成时错。到底哪个是对的？我个人认为不应该是过去完成时。
