answer:C, mine, E的it指代有问题，为什么选C比D好？对称来讲还是D比较好呀？

1. that引导的定义从句是修饰price的, 不是3 times that

2. D中in Germany可以是power的定语也可以是comes from的状语,造成歧义.C避免了这个问题.
