[讨论]又看见一道it形式主语与代词it冲突问题

这道题a项固然有很多错，但解释中偏偏选了两个it的问题，说形式主语it和代词it有冲突。当然这个解释也是网上大牛义务劳动的，但毕竟小虾不敢挑战大牛，在这再跟大家确认一次，形式主语it和代词it没有冲突，对么？

我是这么认为的,

上次讨论那一题,第一个it是很清晰的形式主语,无其他指代物,而第二个it是and平行结构中对重复宾语的指代.两个it的指代都非常清晰.

反观这题,第一个it有可能指代Ozone也有可能成为形式主语 (我认为实际上这个it就是指代ozone),这就造成了指代不清.

请大NN们指教~
