B 选项 省略了it was 以后意思不清晰;A选项别人更容易知道你在说什么,这就是"让别人听懂"的选项就是好的选项. 可以不用XDF的rule 来做题.

补全后，在定语从句中是主语和主语的比较，所以需要it was来表明和前面which was比较.

看来这题还是挺有争议的...我就很清楚地记得上课笔记里说比较结构中，如果比较的事物是主语，那助动词或情态动词就一定要补全避免歧义，但作宾语就不要。我很想同意楼上的观点，但答案写的是B...唉这是“最新13套”里第一套里的题...郁闷！

恩～我后来复习的时候也发现很多笔记上的东西并不准确～所以自己也整理了一套语法笔记...楼上说的有道理呀～关键还是过程，要不可能一开始就把正确答案给排除了...

应该选b，前面的结构是acounts for后面如果要程前应该是they did，they指代television costs.

仔细看这个句子

逗号前的句子只是陈述一个事实，句子主干部分主干是costs accounted for the spending，那么a greater proportion并不能解释the spending，逻辑不合理，所以比较的对象应该是a greater proportion和以前的proportion比。
