答案选C  这道题做错了应该是我对“in order of decreasing abundance"的意思理解错了

 这个词语的意思到底是 "量依次递减"还是"按照量少的排在前的顺序"?     如果是后者的话那就是我理解错了  但这样理解岂不是太不符合正常思维了吗？

Argument和choice A)的相同点是在于如果让有vested interest的人来make a decision，这个人有可能作出对自己有利却违反原则的desision。

那B应该也符合这个原则啊？

A是给予没有直接被牵扯进案件的医生们来决定应该赔偿胜诉的原告多少医疗事故赔偿金的权力，  这个"vested interest"好像还没B来的直接吧？

B提到2/3多数原则但是题目中没有，A也没有，直接说避免利益相关者。所以A更准确。但确实A第一遍有点难读懂
