这个比较级后面到底要怎么写我真的搞不清……白勇书中ms也没有很多详细解释……那位大牛能帮帮忙吗？

补齐原句就应该是According to analysts, an alliance between three major personal computer companies and most of the nation’s largest local telephone companies would enable customers to receive internet data over regular telephone lines with speeds much higher than (the telephone lines are) currently possible. 或者higher than (those are) currently possible.

所以选项里面有that的，那是主谓不一致
