What is your background and aim? Australia is welcome MBA students having IT or medicial background. If you want to immigrate overseas, Australia is a nice place. It is difficult to find a good job in Australia if you do not have rich and strong work experience.
Please pay attention: The textbook of Australia is localized. Many textbooks are "Human Resources Management in Australia", "Marketing in Australia". It means what you learn in Australia would not useful in other nations.
CEIBS is the best choice if you want to work in mainland. As for HK's MBA programs, if your aim is to study overseas and you do not want to find a job in HK, it is OK. Because the job market of HK is still very tough.
Forget one thing. In Olin Business School (Washington University in St. Louis in US), I met one guy having 710 Gmat and his wife from mainland. He studied in New South Wales for one year and got visa to go to US in Australia. Why he did not study in Olin at the beginning? Because the problem of visa. Getting US visa in UK or Australia is easier!
But his credits in NSW cannot be transferred to Olin. It means he still needs to spend two years in Olin to get a MBA degree.
Actually, "Experience" is the key motivator for me to insist on going abroad. I don't have great expectations about the post-MBA career, never thought about MC or IB.
My current job is focused on marketing communications and I would like to pursue a marketing management career after MBA. I have consulted some of the MBS alumni and the feedback seems positive although they all admitted that in terms of short-term ROI, MBS is not as good as CEIBs.
