但是B中的划线部分最后面its前面没有连词，难道不是犯了run-on错误么？

这个相当于句尾的独立结构。是infinite clause所以可以和前句直接连接不用and...

如果把C的has 去掉呢？可以成为答案吗？就是两个并列句第二个句子的谓语动词省略

也不太可以.

- consider X as Y中的as是多餘, OG上有幾題

- 60 square miles of water是noun phrase, 這樣會和life並列. 不能support 60 square miles of water ;-)
